Terms and Conditions

This is an English translation of the original Dutch text. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Dutch version shall prevail.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements between Cyprus Vastgoed ("Cyprus Vastgoed") and its clients. By using our services or website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

• Cyprus Vastgoed: Cyprus Vastgoed, property adviser specialising in the Cypriot market.
• Client / Customer: The natural or legal person who makes use of the services of Cyprus Vastgoed.
• Services: Advice, guidance and brokerage in the purchase and sale of real estate in Cyprus.
• Website: cyprusvastgoed.com and all associated subpages.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Cyprus Vastgoed, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deviating terms and conditions of the client only apply if Cyprus Vastgoed has expressly accepted them in writing.

3. Services

Cyprus Vastgoed acts as an independent intermediary between buyers and providers of real estate in Cyprus. We:

• advise on the Cypriot property market;
• provide guidance during viewings and negotiations;
• put you in touch with local lawyers, notaries and contractors;
• provide support with practical matters relating to relocating and settling in.

Cyprus Vastgoed is not the owner of the properties offered and does not act as a selling agent on behalf of the owner.

4. Offers and prices

All information on the website, including prices, dimensions and descriptions, is indicative and subject to change by the provider. No rights can be derived from the prices stated.

5. Agreement

An agreement with Cyprus Vastgoed is concluded at the moment that:

• the client has received a written confirmation of the assignment and has given their approval, or
• Cyprus Vastgoed has actually started performing the service at the request of the client.

6. Fees and payment

The fee for the services of Cyprus Vastgoed is agreed in writing for each assignment. Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, the client owes the statutory commercial interest.

7. Obligations of the client

The client is obliged:

• to provide, in good time, all information that Cyprus Vastgoed needs to carry out the assignment;
• to provide correct and complete contact details;
• to obtain independent legal and tax advice for the actual purchase.

8. Liability

Cyprus Vastgoed endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but accepts no liability for:

• inaccuracies in information provided by third parties (providers);
• damage resulting from decisions made on the basis of information on our website;
• indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.

The liability of Cyprus Vastgoed is at all times limited to the amount agreed in the relevant assignment.

All content on the website — texts, images, logos and designs — is the property of Cyprus Vastgoed or its licensors and is protected by copyright. Nothing may be reproduced or made public without prior written permission.

12. Applicable law and disputes

All agreements with Cyprus Vastgoed are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

13. Changes

Cyprus Vastgoed reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available at cyprusvastgoed.com/algemene-voorwaarden.html. For ongoing agreements, the version that applied when the agreement was concluded remains in force.
